When to use...
Use the present simple tense to talk about facts, things that are real, and things you do regularly: for example, when you normally go to school.
I go to school from Monday to Friday.
He eats pineapple every day.
You finish your homework on Fridays.

How to form
Subject + Verb + Complement
I wake up at 6am.
You wake up at 6am.
He wakes up at 6 am.
She wakes up at 6am.
It wakes up at 6 am.
We wake up at 6am.
They wake up at 6am.
The verb goes in the simple form.
He, she, it add an -s at the end.
