What things can cause difficulties or problems for people when staying in a hotel room?

Match the two halves of each sentence to make seven common problems in hotel rooms. Color the circles to make it easier to identify. Avoid using lines to match.

Listen to three conversations in a hotel between guests and a receptionist. Write the problems in each conversation and write YES or NO deppending if the problem was solved or not.

Look at the expressions for dealing with problems. Then listen to the conversations again. Who said each expression: guest 1, guest 2, guest 3, or the receptionist?

Work in pairs. Choose one of the problems in Exercise 2. Act out a conversation between a guest at a hotel and a hotel receptionist.
