Activate Your iPad

Follow the instructions below to activate your iPad, or go to  eusd.org/ipad-help and follow the instructions there.-Hold

down the power button for 5 seconds to power on your iPad

-Your iPad will display the word “Hello” - tap “Continue” to start the activation process

-Tap “English”

-Tap “United States”

-Join WiFi Network:  

If you are on campus, choose the iPadSetup wifi network, and use password 56785678. 

It may disappear and make you do it a second time.)

 Wait for the iPad to be activated

 Click Continue

 Click Don’t Transfer Apps & Data

 Click Next

 Type in the student’s patron number and password and click next

 Choose “Forgot password or don’t have an Apple ID?”

 Choose “Set Up Later in Settings.” Then choose “Don’t Use”  (you do not want to set up a student’s Apple ID at

this stage or you will end up with a lot of apps on the screen with a cloud symbol next to them that won’t load).

 Click continue

-Data and Privacy: tap “next”

- Enter your lunch #: ________________________

- Enter your password: _________________________
