Emotions Part 1

There are millions of bugs in world.
Some are GOOD bugs, and some are BAD bugs. All are normal, but we have to learn how to take care of the bad bugs so they don't cause too much damage.

Bugs on Tree

The bugs that land on our tree are called emotions- or feelings.

Just like bugs on trees- Our emotions can be good or bad. All are normal, but if we let the extreme/bad ones live on us for too long, we will feel the negative impacts in our mind and body.

So what should we do when when we feel a bad emotion (or our bad bug) lands on us?
