​1-The waiting period after divorce is 3 months. During these months, a man can take his wife back without a dowry or a new marriage contract

2-The husband suppose to deal with his wife nicely and in a good way as Allah and prophet say

3-God does not punish you because of your oaths that you swear unintentionally, but He punishes you for what your hearts intended. God is Forgiving to those who repent to Him, and Forgiving to those who disobey Him, as He does not hasten punishment.

4-The husband not allow to leave his wife 4 months

5-In the third divorce, the woman becomes forbidden to her husband until she marries in a valid, legal, and unconditional marriage. If the second husband divorces her or dies and her waiting period expires, it is permissible for her first divorced woman to marry her with a new dowry and contract.

فَاَمۡسِكُوۡهُنَّ بِمَعۡرُوۡفٍ اَوۡ سَرّ

وَّاذۡكُرُوۡا نِعۡمَتَ اللّٰهِ عَلَيۡكُم

وَالۡوَالِدٰتُ يُرۡضِعۡنَ اَوۡلَادَهُنَّ

وَعَلَى الۡمَوۡلُوۡدِ لَهٗ رِزۡقُهُنَّ و

وَاللّٰهُ يَعۡلَمُ وَاَنۡـتُمۡ لَا تَعۡل

• فَاَمۡسِكُوۡهُنَّ بِمَعۡرُوۡفٍ اَوۡ سَرّ

• وَالۡوَالِدٰتُ يُرۡضِعۡنَ اَوۡلَادَهُنَّ
