Touch Sensors (and other sensors in the Wait Block), can repeat actions if they are inside a loop
Touch Sensors are commonly followed up with a motor block
For example, when a touch sensor is pressed, a motor will turn on

Inside a Loop...
Program the windmill to Turn On when Touch Sensor 1 is pressed
Program the windmill to Turn Off when Touch Sensor 4 is pressed
Show the teacher when you have completed this.
