Match
The team is going to use the four steps of problem-solving to help them figure out a solution. Read through the scenario and order the steps of problem-solving by completing the matching question below.
Angela broke her hand and could not help the team draw a new logo. They needed to determine how they could create something new without Angela.
The team knows that Josh is very good at using an online tool for drawing and hopes that he can take everyone's ideas to create a logo. If he cannot, they will just have to ask for a project extension, but they fear this will make their boss very upset.
After they realize that Angela's hand is broken, the team asks Josh if he feels comfortable creating a logo using an online drawing tool. It turns out Josh was very happy to put his skills to the test and he combined everyone's ideas to come up with something by Friday.
It was not until Angela got hurt that the team realized Josh could draw using an online tool. They learned someone else's strengths and were thrilled with the outcome. In the future, they will ensure they know everyone's skills before starting an assignment. This was their best logo yet!
