Just like you need safe and secure passwords, you need to create safe usernames too.
Generally anyone who uses the website or app can see other user's usernames so the need to be safe too.
There are a few things to remember when creating safe, secure usernames.

Just like passwords - usernames should NOT contain any private information.
They should not include your name, age, birthday, or gender.
