Location: Stored on the user's device (usually the browser).
Purpose: Stores information about the user's preferences, browsing history, and session data.
Scope: Can be shared across multiple websites or applications.
Data: Persistent, can remain on the device for a long time, even after the browser is closed.
Cookies
Location: Typically located on the processor(CPU) or directly connected to it.
Purpose: Stores frequently accessed data (instructions, data) to reduce access time to main memory.
Scope: Limited to a single device or application.
Data: Temporary, volatile data that is erased when the device is turned off.
Cache(Buffer) Memory

A computer understands its own language. All the data and information that are fed into a computer are converted its own(Machine) Langauge. Its language consists of two digits i.e, 0 and 1 which are called Binary Digits.
Each digit i.e., 0 or 1 is known as a bit.
Units of Computer Memory Measurement
1 Bit = Binary Digit
8 Bits =1 Byte
1024 Bytes =1 KB (Kilo Byte)
1024 KB =1 MB (Mega Byte)
1024 MB =1 GB (Giga Byte)
1024 GB= 1TB (Tera Byte)
1024 TB =1 PB (Peta Byte)
1024 PB =1 EB (Exa Byte)
1024 EB =1 ZB(Zetta Byte)
1024 ZB =1 YB (Yotta Byte)
1024 YB =1 (Bronto Byte)
1024 Brontobyte =1 (Geop Byte)
Geop Byte is The Highest Memory

Hard Disk
A hard disk is made up of multiple stacked metallic plates, each called a platter.
10
Platter: The platters are coated with a thin layer of magnetic oxide material. All the data are stored on the platters.
Spindle:The spindles are simply the supporting structures that hold the platters in place and allow them to rotate.
Actuater: It's like the muscle of a body. The actuator is a component that controls the positioning of the read/write head. It move the read/write head to the correct location on the platter to access the desired data.
