Self-control Week 2

2

When self-control means GO instead of STOP.

“I don’t feel like doing that right now”
is a phrase that can get us all in some trouble. Sure, we all need a break now and then, and

sometimes putting something off is the right move. But if we always wait until we “feel like it”,

there will never be clean dishes, completed homework, difficult conversations, and nutritious

meals. Waiting until you feel like it means you might never do it. This week, we’ll talk about

ways to get going even when you’d rather not.
