1. Write a list of all of your tasks for today.

2. Estimate how much time it takes to complete
   each task.

3. Eliminate any unnecessary tasks for the list.

4. Delegate any tasks that a friend or family
   member could complete. Write their name next to
   the task.

5. Prioritize the tasks by numbering them in order
   of importance.
