SOME OF HIS MOST FAMOUS THEORIES ARE:

1.The sociocultural theory in which he argued that children develop their learning through social interaction, those activities that are performed in a shared way and allows children to internalize the structures of thought and behavior of the society around them.

2.Learning and "Zone of Proximal Development" or "ZPD" in which describes what a child is able to do by himself and what he can achieve with the help of a mentor or an adult, stressing the importance of social support in learning.

​It helps in education in different ways, among them it gives the teacher a fundamental role which is to guide their students, also making students the protagonits of their own learning, likewise applying the zone of proximal learning, establishing tasks and games according to the ZPD of each student.
