We place adjectives before the noun that they describe.
-A hot day
-A French city
-A red ball
-An international student
-Good students

In sentences with the verb to be, we place the adjective after the verb. We can use after a linking words: become, feel,get,look, seem, sound, taste,smell etc.
-Alyssa is beautiful.
-SIngapore City is clean.
-Students are hard-working.
-Her voice sounds fantastic.
-The cake tastes great.

It is very important to place the adjective in the correct order.

Order of the Adjectives

The order of adjectives before a noun is the following:
OPINION - Attitude/Observation: ugly, beautiful, lovely, nice, cool;
SIZE - Height - big, huge, tiny, small, tall;
AGE - How old is it? - old, young, new, antique
SHAPE - Weight/Length - round, fat, square, long;

COLOUR - Green, blue, purple;
ORIGIN - Where is it from? - American, British, Turkish;
MATERIAL - What is it made of? - Gold, plastic, wooden;
PURPOSE - What is it used for? - Gardening, shopping, riding.

Before adjectives + noun we normally have a determiner: a, an, the, my, four, this, those, some, etc.
Ex:
A WONDERFUL LARGE ROUND SPANISH MARBLE TABLE.
