Objective

► Students will use inferencing in order to

identify unknown words in the chapter and
identify characteristics of Don Quixote in
order to write a persuasive essay.

Recall

The story Don Quixote was written by Miguel de
Cervantes.

But...

The story has also been
translated or changed
overtime by many
different people.

Today we will read a translated
version of Don Quixote.

WE WILL BE READING CHAPTER 2 AND 3 IN A TRANSLATED (CHANGED)
VERSION AND A LOT OF WHAT WE READ WILL BE IN "OLD ENGLISH".
