1. Uniqueness: A business idea needs a unique selling point (USP) to
stand out, achieved through quality, pricing, customer service,
production methods, or unique ingredients.
2. Innovativeness: A good idea should introduce something new or
pioneer a concept, applicable to both new and existing businesses,
possibly evolving from previous ideas.
3. Solving a Specific Problem: The idea should address and solve a
specific problem in a locality or region, clearly identifying the
problem and offering a solution through the product or service
provided.

Scalability: A viable business idea should allow for growth, enabling the
enterprise to expand and increase revenue while minimizing costs.

willing buyers or customers for the business idea to succeed.

Availability of Factors of Production: The necessary resources, such as
land, labor, capital, entrepreneurship, and time, should be accessible to
support the success of the business idea.
