ILP – Monitoring Forms

Every EL must be monitored at least quarterly.

All teachers shall monitor the academic and English

language proficiency growth of EL students through
benchmarking, progress-monitoring, formative
assessments, and/or summative assessments at least
quarterly (Chapter 0520-01-19: English as a Second
Language Programs).

All teachers in core subjects can provide input on

student progress monitoring for their ELs every quarter

ESL Teachers will update the ILP in TN Pulse to reflect
