Measurable: I will track my distance and time with a fitness app to ensure I reach the 5K distance and measure my progress.
Achievable: I will start by running 1K and gradually increase my distance by 0.5K each week.
Relevant: Running a 5K aligns with my overall goal of improving my cardiovascular health and increasing my stamina.
Time-bound: I will be able to run a full 5K without stopping in 8 weeks.
