Plot Playlist Assignment

• The Plot Playlist Assignment is a way to identify, reflect on, and make connections with six plot points from your literature circle book. You can use songs to create a soundtrack to the story.

• Your plot playlist should:

  1. Describe six plot points (exposition, inciting incident, rising action, climax, falling action, and resolution).

  2. Identify six song titles that represent each plot point. As much as possible, the songs should accurately relate to story events.  

  3. Explain why you selected the song to represent that point in your literature circle story.

Example

• The rest of class is independent work time.

• Open the document that you started working on last week, continue working if you have not finished yet.

• If you need a blank template for you project, download one from page 3 of you edio lesson from Monday

• When you are finished with your assignment, upload it on page 4 of your edio lesson from Monday

• If you already finished and submitted your project, the rest of class will be choice time. You can choose any activity from the choice board on the next slide.
