scallops, pork, tofu, cashews, peanuts)

Mix up veggies (be creative and colorful)

Switch up the grains (serve over rice, or

noodles)

Steps to the stir fry

1.
Heat wok a few minutes before you are
ready to cook chicken (3 minutes
tops!!)

2.
Add oil, aromatics (Garlic, ginger) until
you can smell their aroma THEN add
the chicken . Cook well

3.
Take chicken out when it is cooked to
preserve juiciness and tenderness

4. Add veggies (firmest to less firm) Stir fry until

done….move veggies out of the center

5. Add chicken back into the wok
6. Pour sauce into the center and cook. Sauce

will thicken as it cooks.

7. Plate up your rice or noodles and serve stir

fry over rice.
