special education but ⅓ of class is below grade level in
math

Classroom teacher: teaches 12 students (higher group) how to
simplify fractions and find common denominators (20 minute
lesson)

Special education teacher: teaches 12 students (includes
special education and below grade level math students) how
to add and subtract fractions (20 minute lesson)
