By following the four-step writing process, you will learn to critique and revise your own writing to achieve the four Cs of communication.
The Four C's of Communication are the qualities of clarity, conciseness, courtesy, and correctness. These standards apply to all types of written communication.
Communication that contains errors or poor language usage reflects negatively on both you and the business for which you work. Using abbreviations and spelling common to text messages is not acceptable in most business organizations.

Once these steps have been completed, you will gather the information, research ideas, organize your thoughts, and choose a medium. The medium is the form of communication that you will use. It may be written, visual, oral, or digital.
