• Imagine you’re at the beach, and a strong riptide pulls you out.

• You panic. You can’t swim back. You’re exhausted.

• Then, just as you’re about to give up, a lifeguard grabs you and pulls you to shore.

• You couldn’t save yourself. The lifeguard did all the work.

📌 Tie-In: Jesus is our rescuer. Sin pulls us away from God, but He saves us when we can’t save ourselves.

📖 “…and all are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus.” – Romans 3:24

• Justified = Declared right before God.

• Redemption = Bought back; Jesus paid the price for our freedom.

• Do I truly accept that I am completely forgiven, or do I carry guilt for past mistakes?

• Since Jesus already took the punishment for sin, what does that say about how much God values me?

• Do I judge people by their past, or do I see them as someone who also needs Jesus’ redemption?

• Have I personally accepted Jesus' offer of redemption, or am I still resisting?

🙏 God, thank You for loving us so much that You sent Jesus to redeem us. Help us to live in that freedom and to share it with others. Amen.
