RACE strategy: Explaining

Start with your question:

Open Ended

What is your favorite color? Restate and Answer

Now think about what you are claiming. (the answer to your question) How do you know that is the correct answer?

Write the answer to your question in one two to words at the top of your explain box.

In the explain box: Write all the reasons why you chose that color.
