​Introduction to the Recorder
📌The recorder is a woodwind instrument.
📌 It has holes that we cover with our fingers to play different notes.
📌 It makes sound when we blow air gently into it.

​Types of Recorders
There are four main types of recorders:
🎵 Soprano Recorder – (The most common type)
🎵 Alto Recorder – (A bit bigger and lower in sound)
🎵 Tenor Recorder – (Larger and deeper sound)
🎵 Bass Recorder – (The biggest and deepest sound)

​Finger Positioning on the Recorder
🖐️ Left hand on top, right hand below.
🔢 Cover the holes properly to make clear sounds.
💨 Blow softly – not too hard!

​Class activities:
🎶 Start with simple notes (B, A, G)
🎶 Use fun songs to practice.
🎶 Teach pupils to breathe gently and use soft fingers.
🎶 Practice one note at a time before playing a full song.
