Right Body Posture While Using a Computer
When using a computer, it's important to sit in the right way to avoid discomfort or injury. Here are some tips for good posture:
Sit Up Straight: Keep your back straight and your shoulders relaxed. Don’t slouch or lean forward.
Feet on the Ground: Sit with your feet flat on the floor. If your feet can’t reach, use a footrest or a small stool.
Elbows at Right Angle: Your arms should be relaxed at your sides, with elbows bent at about 90 degrees.
Eye Level Screen: The top of your screen should be at eye level so you don’t strain your neck. Look straight ahead, not down.
