Average Acceleration

Average Acceleration is defined as the change in velocity divided by the time it takes to make that change.

Suppose you run wind sprints back and forth across the gym.  You first run at a speed of 4.0 m/s toward the wall.  Then, 10.0s later your speed is 4.0 m/s as you run away from the wall.  What is your average acceleration if the positive direction is towards the wall?
