Why did you select a specific method of data collection to collect data on your performance? Discuss with a partner and make a note of your reason.
EXAMPLE - I used the Bleep Test because it measures my CRE.

What does the question want?
You need to...
Identify the factor (e.g. Physical - Speed)
State the method (e.g. 30m sprint test)
Explain WHY you chose it (justify its relevance to your performance.
THINK - how does this method connect to your activity?

Point, Example, Impact (PEI)
To get full marks you must use PEI
POINT: State why you chose the method (your reason).
EXAMPLE: Give a specific detail or example to support your point. ('This means that...')
IMPACT: Explain how it helped you analyse or improve your performance.

I Chose the agility test as it is a Standardised Test that is completed the same way across the nation. (P) This means I can compare myself to others my age and gender so I know if agility is a strength or weakness. (E)This lets me know if I need to improve it and add approaches like plyometrics to my training program. (I)
