AT — относится к очень короткому периоду, например, к определённому моменту во времени, минуте, часу.
Обрати внимание! AT night, AT the weekend
Ex: at 2 o'clock, at noon (в полдень), at 8 p.m

ON — применяется, когда речь идёт о датах, днях недели или о специальных днях.
Ex: We arrive on the 2d of December

IN — используется, когда речь идёт о месяцах, временах года, годах.
Обрати внимание! IN the morning/afternoon/evening
Ex: We met each other in 2018
