If a sentence is positive, you can say it in a negative way, changing a word to an opposite.

Original: There are many careless drivers in Saudi Arabia.
Paraphrased: There aren’t a lot of good drivers in Saudi Arabia.

The population of the UAE is very young.

Paraphrased: The report will be mailed tomorrow if it is completed.
