To easily change fractions to decimals, you must make sure the denominator is
Example:
The denominator is 2. Try and change it to 10.
How? Let's put it this way: 2 x ____ = 10?
Exactly! It's 5!!
That means the denominator must be multiplied by 5.

From Percentage to Fraction
To convert a percentage to a fraction, first convert to a decimal (divide by 100),
Then multiply top and bottom by 10 for every number after the decimal point (10 for 1 number,100 for 2 numbers, etc)

If you see the denominators are not 10 or 100 or 1000 please change it first.
Here are some guidelines for you hopefully it can help you along the way...

50 x 2 = 100
4 x 25 = 100
