Start with a hook ( Quote, Fact/Statistic)
The entire introduction for a discursive essay must be focused on both sides of the topic.
Thesis statement should be the LAST sentence of your introduction. (Thus, I believe...)

Body paragraphs should always start with a topic sentence (POINT).
Stick to ONE idea and ensure the idea is consistently discussed.
After your topic sentence (POINT), provide at least ONE FACTUAL example and elaborate/explain.
