What is a sentence?
A sentence is a groups of words that gives a complete thought and makes sense.
It must contain 2 parts to be considered a sentence
1. it must tell you what the sentence is about (subject)
it must tell you what is taking place or what the subject is doing(predicate)

The road is what the sentence is about.
The word long tells you something about the road.

The trees are the subjects or what the sentence is about.
The word orange tells you more about the subject.

Rules of a sentence
A sentence must have a capital letter at the beginning.
A sentence must have an end mark at the end. (. ? !)
