The constitution divides the power of government

between the three branches.

Each branch has specific powers.

Legislative- Makes the laws

Executive- Enforces the laws

Judicial- Judges the laws,
judges cases fairly

Interpret the law- is it constitutional?
Judge fairly and equally

Judges are elected and appointed but

most are elected by the people!
