Authenticity - The quality of being authentic
Self-Actualization - It is the desire to grow psychologically and
fulfil one's full potential
Self-Concept - An idea of the self constructed from the beliefs
one holds about oneself and the responses of others
Self-Awareness - It’s the ability to focus on yourself and how
your actions, thoughts, or emotions do or don't align with your
internal standards.

Free Will - Humans make choices and are not determined by
biological or external forces
Hierarchy of Needs - A five-levelled hierarchical sequence is
