Macromolecule containing hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, carbon and phosphorus.

Monomer = nucleotides

Nucleotide is a molecule made-up of three parts:
–A 5-carbon sugar
–A nitrogen base
–A phosphate group

■ DNA – DeoxyriboNucleic Acid
chain of nucleotides with the sugar deoxyribose and are double-stranded.

■ RNA – RiboNucleic Acid
chain of nucleotides with the sugar ribose and are single-stranded

■ ATP – Adenine TriPhosphate
single nucleotides that has the nitrogen base adenine and three phosphate groups.
