1944 FDR Election

  • The I Want You posters were used first and second world wars to convince men to join the army.

​FDR was paralyzed from the waist down from Polio as a child. Reporters did not reveal this secret. He campaigned from cars, trains, and podiums without the public knowing of his condition.
