Prepositional Phrase

Prepositions of Place

• in - I keep my textbooks [in my locker].

• off - Take your shoes [off the table].

• on - I put the book [on the bookshelf].

• out - She ran [out the door].

• to - We went [to the zoo].

Write a sentence correctly using a preposition of place.

• after - We left [after the opening act].

• at - Let's meet Monday [at noon].

• before - I ate [before the game].

• by - This essay is due [by 3:30 p.m.]

• for - We were gone [for ten days].

Work in your groups to combine the prepositions and nouns on the following slides to create 15 unique sentences. Then, take a picture of each sentence. Each group member must be in at least two pictures. Put the pictures and sentences together in a Google Slides presentation. Due Friday!
