Business negotiation is a process where two or more parties discuss terms, make offers, and reach an agreement that benefits all sides. It is an essential skill in business to ensure fair deals, maintain good relationships, and achieve business goals.
Negosiasi bisnis adalah proses di mana dua atau lebih pihak mendiskusikan persyaratan, membuat penawaran, dan mencapai kesepakatan yang menguntungkan semua pihak. Ini adalah keterampilan penting dalam bisnis untuk memastikan kesepakatan yang adil, menjaga hubungan baik, dan mencapai tujuan bisnis.

2. Effective Communication (Komunikasi yang Efektif)
Clear and respectful communication helps both sides understand each other’s interests. Active listening, asking questions, and clarifying points prevent misunderstandings.
Komunikasi yang jelas dan penuh hormat membantu kedua belah pihak memahami kepentingan masing-masing. Mendengarkan secara aktif, mengajukan pertanyaan, dan mengklarifikasi poin-poin penting dapat mencegah kesalahpahaman.
