A Wedding Party

My sister fell in love and got married last year. They were making their final preparations for the wedding: mom was helping my sister with her dress and Dad was decorating the room with flowers when I came to the kitchen to get the cake. Oh, what a splendid cake it was! It had three layers, decorated with green and blue flowers and with two small figures on the top. My Mom and Dad helped me put the cake on a cart and we took it out of the house. Suddenly it started raining. We wanted to cover the cake from the rain but the wind blew the cover off. And you can imagine what happened. The cake was ruined by the rain. Completely!
