Tweening

Tweening is when the computer automatically fills in the steps between two keyframes.
The ball on the left uses tweening to move smoothly, while the one of the right was animated frame by frame.

Advantages

1. Saves time and effort - You don't have to draw every frame manually and only keyframes need to be created.

  1. Smoother Animation - Tweening creates fluid consistent motion before frames and helps avoid jerky transitions.

  1. Easy to Edit - If you need to change the motion or timing, you can adjust the keyframes or motion path without redrawing.
