What is "For" and "Since"? – ما الفرق بين "for" و "since"?

• "For" = لفترة زمنية (مدة)
    We use "for" to show duration of time.
    نستخدم "for" للتعبير عن مدة زمنية.
    ➤ for 2 hours – لمدة ساعتين

• "Since" = منذ وقت محدد
    We use "since" to show the starting point.
    نستخدم "since" للتعبير عن بداية الفعل أو الحدث.
    ➤ since 2010 – منذ عام 2010
