Writing challenge!

Dear Mr. Jean,

I hope you are fine. I write you because we have a situation with some of our workers in the Buenos Aires plant. Some of them are working as independent contractors but they are doing the same jobs as employees. The law in Argentina says that all employees must be registered but we did not register all of them yet. If an inspection happens, we can have problems and maybe fines.

Also, I am not sure if we can continue using contractors for permanent work. The rules are not clear for me. I think we need to change some contracts but I am not sure which ones. Maybe you have experience with this in France?

Please tell me what you think and if you want us to start registering all the workers now or wait.
