What is the internet

The internet is a global network that connects millions of computers all over the world. It allows us to communicate, research, and share. The origin of the word internet is from inter- ‘reciprocal, mutual’ + network.

To get the right results, there are a few steps to follow...

Ways to get the right results

Look for websites that end with the following:

" .edu, .gov or .org".
These are usually trustworthy.

Search the right place

To narrow search results further, you can exclude specific words. It will help when not making a general search
