Hours, Pay & Leave

  • Payday: 28th of each month; earlier if it falls on a weekend/holiday.

  • Travel Reimbursement: Up to $1800/year, paid in three installments.

  • Sick Leave: Up to 12 days paid at 60%. Doctor's note required for 2+ days.

  • Other Leaves: Includes marriage (3 days), maternity, paternity (3 paid + 12 partially paid), FMLA.

  • Unexcused Absence: 3 days without notice = job abandonment.

Safety & Security

  • Report Injuries: Notify your supervisor immediately—even small injuries.

  • Emergency Closures: Follow instructions from the school or KL during closures.

  • Workplace Safety: Follow all safety rules and procedures.

  • Zero Tolerance for Violence: Threats or aggression = immediate dismissal.

Technology & Internet Use

  • Internet Use: Only for work during work hours. No personal browsing or downloads.

  • Email & Devices: No privacy on company systems; emails must be professional.

  • Social Media & Posting: No posting confidential or offensive content.

  • BYOD: Allowed but must follow school policies and security protocols.

  • Cameras & Phones: Use responsibly—never in private or restricted areas.

Teacher-Specific Guidelines

  • Dress Code: Must follow campus-specific professional dress expectations.

  • Prep & Syllabus: Teachers must prepare lessons and provide course syllabi.

  • Supervision: Teachers are responsible for student safety at all times.

  • Parent Communication: Use only approved channels (e.g., Jupiter).
