Work Expectations
Clock-In System: All staff must clock in/out daily.
Attendance: Be punctual. Call in if sick and submit formal leave requests properly.
Tardiness: Repeated lateness can result in salary deductions.
Work Hours: Follow campus-specific schedules; weekend work may be required.

Harassment-Free: All harassment, bullying, and retaliation are strictly prohibited.
Substance-Free: No drugs, alcohol, or being under the influence at work.
Weapons Policy: No weapons of any kind allowed on any company property.
Confidentiality: Protect private info of students and staff at all times.
Conduct: Be professional, ethical, and respectful in all interactions.

Hours, Pay & Leave
Payday: 28th of each month; earlier if it falls on a weekend/holiday.
Travel Reimbursement: Up to $1800/year, paid in three installments.
Sick Leave: Up to 12 days paid at 60%. Doctor's note required for 2+ days.
Other Leaves: Includes marriage (3 days), maternity, paternity (3 paid + 12 partially paid), FMLA.
Unexcused Absence: 3 days without notice = job abandonment.

Safety & Security
Report Injuries: Notify your supervisor immediately—even small injuries.
Emergency Closures: Follow instructions from the school or KL during closures.
Workplace Safety: Follow all safety rules and procedures.
Zero Tolerance for Violence: Threats or aggression = immediate dismissal.

Technology & Internet Use
Internet Use: Only for work during work hours. No personal browsing or downloads.
Email & Devices: No privacy on company systems; emails must be professional.
Social Media & Posting: No posting confidential or offensive content.
BYOD: Allowed but must follow school policies and security protocols.
Cameras & Phones: Use responsibly—never in private or restricted areas.

Teacher-Specific Guidelines
Dress Code: Must follow campus-specific professional dress expectations.
Prep & Syllabus: Teachers must prepare lessons and provide course syllabi.
Supervision: Teachers are responsible for student safety at all times.
Parent Communication: Use only approved channels (e.g., Jupiter).
Evaluations: Regular observations and feedback; poor performance may lead to coaching or dismissal.
