Professional Appearance is Key

• Uniform must be clean, ironed, and worn correctly - Black scrubs, no leggings. Closed in black shoes, no logos.

• Hair should be tied back and neat

• Makeup – clean and fresh look no false lashes for sessions

• Nails short, clean, and unpolished unless required

• No excessive jewellery

• Closed-toe black shoes only

​Personal Hygiene Expectations Maintain High Hygiene Standards

• Shower daily and use deodorant

• clean hair

• Fresh breath – brush teeth before arriving

• Clean, short nails (no acrylics unless training on nails)

• Hands must be washed before/after treatments

• Avoid strong perfumes

• Wear PPE (e.g. gloves, aprons) as required

• Treat all clients and colleagues with respect

• Confidentiality must be maintained at all times

• Follow all health and safety protocols

• No eating or drinking in salon areas

• Room to be left clean and tidy and towel heater switched off, working as a team and not leaving before the room is checked. Towels to laundry room.

• Clean your workstation before and after each client
