Overview

What happens when you explore without fear?

Welcome to your first step in learning how to code your own games! Before we build anything, we need to learn how to use the MakeCode Arcade screen.

In this module, you’ll click around, try things out, and figure out what each part of the coding area does. Don’t worry—there’s no way to break anything! Exploring is how we learn.

Every game starts with just an idea and a blank screen. Let’s see what you can discover when you’re not afraid to explore.
