What does it mean to be a leader?

​The Leader makes the ultimate decision.

When asking for suggestions, you decide which is best for your group. It does not mean you shut down suggestions, you listen, collaborate, then make your decision. Don't forget, the ultimate goal is to praise and Worship God. Even if the sound does not completely sound good, as long as your heart is into it and to serve God.

Worship Leader Responsibilities

• Assign members for Sunday by Wednesday/Thursday

• Also, provide a time to meet!

• Prepare the songs - You can use the "PNW setlist" shared in google drive to look for songs, or simply create your own (Share this to the PNW group chat by Saturday.

• Find a youtube video of how you like to sing the song for Sunday and send it to the PNW group chat by Saturday!

• Then, practice together on Sunday.
