WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE TEXT???

DEFINITION

Procedure text is a text that explains how to make or how to do something step by step.

(Procedure text adalah teks yang menjelaskan cara membuat atau cara melakukan sesuatu langkah demi langkah.)

WHY DO WE MAKE THE PROCEDURE TEXT???

PURPOSE

The purpose of procedure text is to tell or show how something is done or made correctly.

(Tujuannya adalah untuk memberi tahu atau menunjukkan bagaimana sesuatu dilakukan atau dibuat dengan benar.)

How to Make a Cup of Tea
.

Materials:

• 1 tea bag

• Hot water

• Sugar (optional)

• A cup

Steps:

1. Boil some water.

2. Pour the hot water into the cup.

3. Put the tea bag into the cup.

4. Wait for 2–3 minutes.

5. Add sugar if you like.

6. Stir well and serve your tea!
