Reinstall
(You maybe given the option to save all of the data)
(All Applications can be changed to Spanish speaking and displaying)

Resources

Newer Resources generally take up more space on the hard drive
If needed my need to upgrade or add on memory, RAM, graphics card
Every File that we create or folder that is added will take up more resources

WinRE can be accessed several ways
Start Menu or login screen
If unable to boot windows can have a media installation done to repair the personal computer

Appears when an error is caused
Windows cannot recover from the error
Usually occurs when a new device and have rebooted the system
More often then not you can re-boot the PC and the issue will go away.
