4
The diagram illustrates the process of transforming tea leaves into five distinct tea varieties.
5
Độ khó
quy trình phân nhánh thành nhiều loại trà (white, green, oolong, large leaf black, small leaf black)
các bước xử lý khác nhau (e.g., steaming, fermentation)
==> nắm rõ mối liên hệ giữa các giai đoạn + sự khác biệt giữa các loại trà
6
Tóm tắt số giai đoạn chính (7 bước) và điểm nổi bật (các bước chung và sự khác biệt dẫn đến 5 loại trà).

BODY 1
trồng trà -> hái -> làm héo -> phơi khô --> tiêu thụ
10
The process begins with the cultivation of tea leaves, followed by plucking and withering to enhance their pliability, a sequence applied consistently to all varieties. Ultimately, all teas undergo open drying to complete their preparation, ensuring they are ready for consumption.

BODY 2: cụ thể cho từng loại trà
trà xanh : hấp + cán (giữ màu sắc tự nhiên), không trải qua quá trình lên men >< trà trắng hoàn toàn bỏ qua các bước này
trà ô long + trà đen lá lớn :cán + lên men : trà ô long hơi khô >< trà đen lá lớn lên men hoàn toàn
trà đen lá nhỏ được nghiền nát thay vì cán, trước khi được lên men hoàn toàn >< khác biệt với các loại còn lại

In contrast, the intermediate stages diverge significantly. Post-withering, green tea is steamed and rolled to preserve its natural color, yet it undergoes no fermentation. White tea, however, bypasses these steps entirely. Conversely, oolong and large leaf black teas are rolled and fermented—oolong slightly, while large leaf black tea fully. Distinctively, small leaf black tea is crushed rather than rolled, before being fully fermented, setting it apart from the others.
